Registration is only open to presenters who have been accepted to the IGHSC.  If you wish to submit a paper for consideration, please email before registering.

How did you find out about us? *
All non-CMU students are subject to a $95 registration fee. If you are not a current CMU student, please enter $95 above; all CMU students please enter 0 (the university will be covering your registration fee). The registration fee includes all conference provided meals for presenters. You can order meal tickets for guest when you pay your registration fee. PLEASE NOTE: A late fee of $20 will be applied for anyone who does not pay their registration fee before March 22.
What type of meal do you prefer? *
All guests who wish to join you for Friday’s dinner and/or Saturday’s lunch require a meal ticket. Tickets are $12 (per meal) in advance or $15 at the door. How many guest tickets would you like? (You can e-mail us if you would like to order more).
